The Institut for Microsensors, -actuators and -systems (IMSAS) has its focus on research and development of miniaturized multifunctional systems and system-related components, such as sensors and actuators. IMSAS has a wide range of facilities covering all the key technologies relevant for the realisation of smart sensing and control systems. The facilitiesare operated under DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management rules.
