AMA Association for Sensor Technology Presents Study about Trends in Future-Oriented Sensor Technologies
Press Release
The Science Committee of the AMA Association for Sensor Technology presents its latest study "Sensor Trends 2014". It is a supplier-independent collection of expected short-term to medium-term technological developments in the area of electromechanical and gas sensor technologies.
„Aim of the study is to support those who wish to get an overview of the major technological developments in physical and gas sensor technology, especially in view of possible development strategies", explains Prof. Roland Werthschuetzky from the Technical University of Darmstadt EMK, and editor-in-chief of the study. "The target group of the study are the decision makers of sensor suppliers and grant programmes", continues Werthschuetzky.
The study identifies significant technological trends for the next five years. Its focus lies on technology; it is not a market study. The authors of the study arise from the AMA Science Committee and Institutes in the AMA Association for Sensor Technology.
The respective issue follows the digest-version, published in autumn last year. Now the full version is available on the AMA website www.ama-sensorik.de.
