Study on “Micro-Nano-Integration – Research Need for AVT from the Sensorics Perspective”, November 2006

Electronic packaging technology can be challenging for developers of microsensor systems. Thus, these challenges are expected to be greater for micro-nano-sensor systems. To identify the need for action early, the AMA Association has conducted a poll of the enterprises and institutes in sensor technology in September and October 2006. The results will available for download soon.
