Study on “Modular Microsystem Technology – What is the Status of the German Sensor Industry?”

The most important result of the poll is that numerous approaches to modularization already exist in sensor technology (although mostly company-specific), whereas the concept of modular microsensorics assumes a generic modularization, which nevertheless supports application-specific variants in German sensor technology.
