Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data that has been gathered, processed and used whilst visiting our website.  Your personal data is legally protected.  Below you will find information relating to which data has been gathered whilst visiting our website and how this is used:

1. Data Capture and Processing

Each time you visit our website or access a file stored on our website a protocol file is saved.  This protocol file is used for internal system related and statistical purposes. 

The protocol file includes the following data: 

  • name of the file accessed
  • date and time of access
  • volume of data transferred
  • notification of successful access
  • web browser and domain name of the requesting website.

In addition, the IP addresses of the accessing machines are logged.

Additional personal data is only gathered if you voluntarily provide these details, for example, whilst making an inquiry using our contact form.

2. How we use your personal data

If you have provided us with personal data we will only use this to answer your queries, to process any agreements concluded with you and for technical administration purposes.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred if this is necessary to process the agreement – especially the transfer of purchase order data to suppliers, if it is necessary for invoicing purposes or if you have previously given your consent.  You have the right to revoke at any time any consent given effective in the future.

The personal data stored will be deleted if you revoke your consent to the data being stored, if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was stored or if storing the data is otherwise illegal. 

3. User’s Right to Information

On written request we are happy to provide you with information regarding your personal data stored.

Security

We make every technical and organisational effort to save your personal data in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties.  We cannot guarantee complete data security for information transmitted by e-mail, therefore we recommend that you submit confidential information by post.
