HCP Sense offers an economical solution for load monitoring and bearing predictive maintenance. The sensor bearing technology measures the forces and lubrication condition in rolling bearings. While current predictive maintenance solutions can only diagnose damage after it has happened, the load-based approach can predict the lifetime and diagnose overload conditions, thus preventing damage altogether.
