nanoplus develops distributed feedback lasers for gas sensing. Customer-specific wavelengths are possible in the entire spectrum from 760 nm to 14000 nm. The lasers are used in industry and research for high-precision tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy. They have a narrow line width (< 3 MHz) and high side mode suppression (> 35 dB). nanoplus now also offers superluminescent diodes (760 - 2900 nm), mid-infrared LEDs (2800 - 6500 nm) and high-power Fabry-Pérot lasers (1950 - 2350 nm).
